I recently have join EE I have a business account I am not happy at all as I have receive twice an 500 bill which is not real I am trying to call customer Servise sometimes answer and tell me all ok sometimes Servise disconnecting...still waiting an answer

I do not advise you to deal with this particular branch, as all of its employees deal with customers in a racist manner. You can see that they are a gang, not employees. Because of its proximity to me, I sometimes have to go to them, but they do not serve customers and make them wait for hours, while in other branches the problem is solved in minutes and their service is wonderful.

Wish I could say anything about the service, but I can?t? it wasn?t even open? still not even open 1 hour later? a woman had an appointment at 9 but the shop doesn?t open to at least 11 (it?s still not even open after).

My daughter purchased a new phone recently in Clydebank after her phone was stolen.As soon as we entered the EE premises, the young lady Drew came over immediately and could not have been more attentive and professional. She is without doubt a credit to EE. My family and I will surely return there when we require new phones. Great service!
