“Just dealt with at wonderful girl called Gemma at your Clydebank branch.I was returning Egyptian Pounds from a recent holiday.I was being offered a very poor buy back rate.I was not offered by back offer at time of purchase.Gemma spoke to head office and explained and I was offered the better rate.Though this was nearly 50% of the value I paid.Gemma was outstanding and got me another £40.Lesson learned from now on.Don't buy Egyptian Pounds.They are worthless,use card or take Sterling or US Dollars.”
