Went into the branch last week was immediately met with unprofessional behaviour. Two woman that were meant to be helping me sort my bank account out we?re just sat gossiping while I was stood there waiting for them to stop but they just didn?t even acknowledge me! I was the only customer in the bank. When I eventually got a chance to speak to one of the women not only was she dismissive but she was extremely rude and unprofessional at her job!!!

Virgin bank close their fraud department on weekends so if anyone is clearing your account simply say goodbye to your money, I'm leaving as this is a disgrace, goodbye Virgin.

I have banked at this branch for many years. Tried to call. Made 5 consecutive calls. On hold, then disconnected. Total of 81 minutes. How do you get to speak to anyone if no one answers phone?Can?t even send an email requesting a call back.First call made at 1444 hours, branch now closed.

Went in to cash in bags of coins but can't do that at the counter even though there was no one else waiting to be served,

The staff are very friendly and I find that all of them go all out to help.I kept the staff way past their closing time while they tried to solve a problem for me (they did) to a point where one staff member (lovely friendly guy) had to rush out to catch his bus. I rate them highly 5*

Since their half share things have updated and I don't like it some banks are fast at clearing money when sent not my bank its slow very slow some banks if a transaction as been made they send you a text message was the you Y OR N. I don't get any of that maybe we should the 9ld clydale bank they knew how much I spent every time this one Christmas they blocked my card as they thought it was someone else when I rang them told them it was me I got a new card and pin and a sorry I am just doing my job it like my account is not looked after no more. And to be threatened to take my card away that as my money paid into it and my kids money too was bank out of order take to long to answer the phones since virgin as half of the stake it not on.

Went down hill since virgin has taken its share. The staff are not polite and there opening and closing hours on there website is different from there actual times. Sometimes they put up hand written notes closed for today without a explanation. Will be closing my account soon as too much time wasted going to a bank that's not open within there opening hours.
