My review is of the cafe/bistro on the ground floor. The service is terrible. There is a sign that says wait to be seated. We waited and eventually someone approached us rook us to a dirty table, and never returned. 3 people were then seated behind us. There order was taken within minutes. When the table to the side of was emptied, it was cleared, another customer seated and her order taken. We put on our jackets and left. Went to Mr Cooper further into the shopping centre where we got lovely food and great service

Cafe staff don't know how to serve customers, me and my partner were seated to a disgusting crumby table even though the girl that sat us had a cleaning spray bottle with her, we sat and waited for 15 mins waiting to be served, people sat down after us and were served and had drinks and we still hadn't been served, shocking service!

Bloody shocked today sovering cigarettes went up in price from 10.50 p too 10.90p two days ago.then today 7th september 23 went up from 10.90p too 11.90 pence bloody what they are doing there is no way maufacturer is pushing the prices up so highly within space of days this is the co op thats doing this to make profit it comes down to utter greed glad im stopping smoking shortly as i refuse to continue to feed these greedy two legged rats

Staff were nice. I purchased a £12.99 bag and not even a month later it started breaking through day to day use which should not of happened. Over time it started getting worse more holes were developing and the straps started breaking. One time both straps broke which resulted in the bag hitting the ground very hard and this damaged my usb receiver. Another time, my other usb receiver fell out of my bag because a hole developed which I didn?t realise. I am now having to pay over £10 to get a usb receiver. This is all your fault. The staff told me the bag would be able to handle it. I phoned asking for a refund and was told the person would call me back as they weren?t available at that time. They never phoned back. I lost my receipt a couple of weeks after making that call which means I am not able to get a refund. I have been ripped off and lied to by your business.For other customers, if you want your products to last a while then don?t buy from this shop as they will start breaking within weeks.Please feel free to reply. Staff are very ignorant, wont listen to you talk over you. Also bring husbands and partners to work .which are then involved in conversations which youâ??re trying to have with staff. Very unprofessional atmosphere,customers have no rights in the shop . The manger will not take a phone call to talk to you. A job for trading standards I think

They can be quite rude to their OAP customers, I was shouted at because I walked past the service desk on the '''wrong" side when I was in the furnishings department. Went elsewhere with my custom.

Review is for the bistro, it has nice food just a shame the person who stands behind the counter ruins your experience by just standing there ringing bells and treating the waitresses like theyre nothing, she stands there moaning at them while they do there job and she does nothing
