My review is of the cafe/bistro on the ground floor. The service is terrible. There is a sign that says wait to be seated. Cafe staff don't know how to serve customers, me and my partner were seated to a disgusting crumby table even though the girl that sat us had a cleaning spray bottle with her, we sat and waited for 15 mins waiting to be served, people sat down after us and were served and had drinks and we still hadn't been served, shocking... read full comment
