Friendly and chatty staff with a great selection of stock. They definitely have the best window display I've seen in many CEX's and I'm gutted I didn't get a photo to show how good the colour coordinated display is. Top marks.

I have always went here and always been satisfied until now. Recently i have spent £400 on 2 phones. I went in a week later with a screen protector and asked if they could put it on for me as I'm no good at it. They refused to do it so I don't feel the same about this shop anymore

I took my Gameboy in too sell the staff shook it about which I found too be quite rude and after all that I was told I can?t sell it due too them not having the license for it which surely they could have told me from the start instead of shaking my property about bad customer service

I bought a laptop from them with very big problems, it moves very very hard, I took it back and I was told that if I foul it I would pay cash the 2nd day, said and done the 2nd day I went back to check what happened, a lady at the house told me that it was indeed the laptop's problem and she would give me a refund, when I woke up with a voucher, plus 20 pounds cash difference! but yesterday the lady had told me that in case it was the laptop's problem she would give me cash back, my opinion is that this store is a scam, it is normal to get your money back after 48 hours, they have a crappy policy, I will never buy from them again! they are super frustrated starting from the employees to the manager, a team of complete laughs, I didn't think there was such a thing in Scotland, the people at CEX are a kind of usurers and take advantage of small things, in conclusion I WANT TO SUGGEST YOU TO AVOID THIS CEX STORE in CLYDEBANK !!!!!! disgusting

I gave them a brand new defender door bell camera with chime as he said. It was a b class she is full of crap she should and get her glasses fixed wouldn't waste my time. Going back to clydebank as they are a rip off and it was in a box and it was doubled boxed and she said it had scratches on the chime I belive they damaged it when testing it as it wasn't even opened I belive they are damaging people to do grate when they know its a A grade I wouldn't leave the store until they tested it beause they are damaging people stuff all people should wait and see what they are doing

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. My daughter paid £225 for an Xbox for my 7 yr old grandson just before Christmas. After 6 weeks (of careful use) the hdmi port has snapped off into the console & apparently nothing can be done because it is accidental damage! The cable was taken out & put back in there was no accident & the warranty is worth nothing. Staff were extremely rude & unhelpful leaving my daughter in tears, my grandson is heartbroken. In these times when most families are struggling to afford the basics never mind the extras, do not waste your hard earned cash on these cowboys.

Absolute rip off merchants, took my old phone (Google pixel 7) into the Clydebank store to sell as I've a new phone.
First the assistant quoted me £30 under the online price as she didn't have the authority to grade the phone as mint condition even though she said it was. Then when someone else looked at the phone it was graded as mint condition so online price agreed but had to wait 30 minutes for the cash.
Back in the store 30 minutes later to be told they where having a problem trying to change the security pin and to come back in another 20 minutes. Back 20 minutes later for the 3rd time to be told they could only offer £95 (£53 under already agreed price) as apparently there was a screen burn (complete and utter lies as phone was already tested on Vodafone app) told them they were talking nonsense and to give me the phone back.
I'd advise everyone to avoid this shop and company as they will rip you off.
