A Nicely run boots. I was in the queue and one of the staff noticed that I was waiting and attended to the register very very fast. I was very well impressed. With the level of customer service. We came back later on to get some more products and the queue was slightly longer but still very very good. The place is clean also and had everything I needed

I had an emergency prescription for a relative and the staff were unbelievably unhelpful and added a lot of unnecessary stress to an already stressful time. I would never go back or recommend Boots.

Excellent service from the Pharmacy team in the run up to the New Year holidays.We get medication for a family member from another chemist, and due to an oversight it was not collected, meaning they would have no medication over the New Year holiday.Within an hour the Pharmacy team had sorted out an emergency prescription.

If you don't mind queues for 15 minutes no matter the time of day for a prescription its ok. Then the wait time to get said prescription is usually 20 minutes as they say. Which turns into a good hour. But don't go wandering in the shopping centre unless you want to be confronted by groups of small teenagers acting the big IAM and having lunchtime school gang wars, or pulling the shutters down on shops. Instead hang about in the eye line of the pharmacist so they actually fill your prescription (toptip).The store counter itself is very speedy and the staff are excellent. Cannot fault this part of the store, thats a 5 star.

The store is OK, just a usual Boots. The pharmacy however is very busy and never seems to have enough staff, so service is rather slow. They have also lost my prescription more than once, and even if they don't it usuallytakes about a week to get a prescription from the doctors to here.

Every time I go to Boots they never have what I need in my prescription inhalers blood pressure medication and the staff never know what the others are doing not helpful at all especially the po faced older lady that serves behind the counter with glasses not a smile has she been in the Wizard of Oz I'm melting

Lots of old staff seemed to have left. Now always short staffed. Queue at Pharmacy is always ridiculous now. Some days Queue is nearly to main door. Not same place it used to be.
