was in this morning said ten minutes people came in after me got there medication i was still waiting 25 minutes later went up she said she had called my name she did not wont be using boots again

A Nicely run boots. I was in the queue and one of the staff noticed that I was waiting and attended to the register very very fast. I was very well impressed. With the level of customer service. We came back later on to get some more products and the queue was slightly longer but still very very good. The place is clean... read full comment

I had an emergency prescription for a relative and the staff were unbelievably unhelpful and added a lot of unnecessary stress to an already stressful time. I would never go back or recommend Boots.
