Customer service shocking, £5 for a bag of toys two of them where broken, next time it was £7 for a bag of cheap toy cars avoid if you don?t want scammed

Went in shop with nobody on the till or in front of shop so I stood at staff only as I heard noise and I said hello then the horrible thing with jet black hair came through and spoke very rude and thought because I stood on the line she said I could be in to attack her (she wishes) I will never be back and I will say to everyone I know not to either

Bad experience today with pink hoodie lady. How she treat my 2 year old daughter. Swing my mood today! My last visit at this charity shop ever! If you come here today, have a great welcome from her! What a shame...

So we arrived at half 4 yesterday (advertised closing time 5pm). Shop locked up with 2 guys inside with a bike. One guy then left with bike looking shifty as hell and the guy in the shop locked back up and turned everyone away. Should keep to the advertised opening hours.
