I believe it is also great to mention when things are done properly, this particular branch has maintained exquisite banking services. The staffs and managers have remained helpful and welcoming. I truly hope they continue to push for a great service to customers.

Some of the staff are very unfriendly and rude, 6 people working there half of them useless. One stubby short old lady talks to customers like she owns the bank, time for her to retire. There is a big heavy guy, who when you ask him a question he acts as if you are asking to take food from his plate. Very poor customer service.

This is branch?s service is terrible, I was only customer when I was arrived, the man try to tell stop me to use business exchange on Saturday, I don?t understand if they don?t service customer why still working the bank, the manager try tell me the same, when I was leave another staff stop me and serious tell me don?t come branch for Saturday business to exchange coins, I don?t get who give the powers to say this to me? I really want to video this to complain, we paying fees to bank yo get personal service not upset me as over 25 years bank Scotland customers. If I get this rude customers i will complain and leave this bank. Worst the bank services ever!

Everytime in the last 4-5 months I've been told that I can't use the counter service to do bank transfers but I found out last week that that's a lie. Today I was in doing a transfer speaking to a woman called Linda who was fine but then another member of staff jumped into the conversation & just started talking AT me (I never asked for her input) & when I asked about the counter service she refused to answer the question & started telling me what they do in the paisley branch when I was in clydebank. Very rude staff member & as a customer of over 20 years I would expect better. I would recommend using a different bank if you're in the clydebank area of which there are many. I also don't like the way you're accosted by staff members as soon as you walk into the branch asking what you're here to do when it's painfully obvious that you're here to bank & when you say you're here to use the counter service to do a bank transfer you're told that they don't do it over there anymore which is a lie. Once I've spoken to my wages department I will be closing my account down. Terrible service with staff who lie to your face.

This has to be one of the most conflicting reviews: I find that the majority of the cashiers OK, But ever since the forced closures of local branches, I was a bit put out about this decision and after the initial shock, I was of the thought that The Bank would be making the remaining branches a better service.?The reality is longer waiting times because of only 1 cashier working the tills whilst 3 other banking staff are tasked to stand in between you and the banking queue trying to deter & defer you to one of the auto cashpoints? ?Personally I feel alot more confident & assured about paying in my ? money in person straight to a human cashier.The worst thing about banking apart from the que, is the banking software that the tellers have to keep on apologising for as it has done long delays in processing any enquiry! ?.One would have thought that after inconveniencing Bos customers with the local branch closures, that they would of made sure that the Bankink Software would be up to the task. ?

It took 50 minutes to deposit money in this branch because the counting machine is old and irresponsive. The staff is very helpful but they need to rely on machines to deposit the money. Very inconvenient

Terrible customer service , lady who stands next to the the computer near the business counter is on her phone not working, look busy do nothingWalked by the lady who is standing at the front looking pretty but not doing anything apart from smilingI feel like you have staff in the wrong places , there's queues at the business counter and personal and you should place staff in them areas where most neededI was standing in the queue and the lady Infront was complaining she's been waiting for more than 20minsManagement should seriously look into this branch as customers are fed up with this all the time

Was seen to by an amazingly helpful lady called Gail, gave me all the help I needed, even when there was a large queue forming behind me she didn't rush me, saw to everything I forgot to fulfil for my business banking and had a smile all the way- a real credit to your company- give her a raise!!!!
