A great store that has everything you need. But needs more checkouts open only having 2 is ridiculous especially when you are waiting in line for a long time. If you guys had more checkouts open people would get their shopping done a lot faster. Yes I know there are self checkouts which are increasing in popularity but I do not like using them at all. Before the outbreak of COVID the cafe was brilliant. I would always go down early in the mornings to get a fry up as it was so good but since it is no longer there is kind of a bummer. If you guys brought back the cafe section that would be fantastic.

Have been shopping in Asda Clydebank for years, I mostly visit in the morning when the store isn't to busy. The staff are very friendly and helpful...the store has a relaxed atmosphere and I always get what I'm looking for. Highly recommended.

Absolutely shocking!!
Disabled and after checking on-line I set out at 00.40 to go along canal to go buy cigarettes as it says Asda sell them 1 minute after midnight. I had stopped but I had this strong urge to go . I got on my scooter took my dog & set off . Nearly there & my scooter started to flash so I knew I wasn't going to make it back I would have to get a taxi. When I got there I was shocked to be told no they don't open that counter till 8 am . This is unexceptionable

Larger than usual supermarket in the Clydebank shopping centre. Large car park including disabled spaces. Wheelchair accessible entrance. Excellent range of food, drinks and non food products. Modern, clean disabled wash room. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and the checkouts were particularly busy and only 2 of the staffed checkouts were open and there was extensive queues at both of them It took a long time to pay for our goods. I also noticed that there was a long queue for the self service checkouts. It occurred to me that more staff should have been on duty.

This is not a review for in store products or staff. I gave one star as this is the dirtiest Asda I have seen. Not sure what?s wrong with the management team but if you have this size store, your customers would expect customer care to be helpful but they aren?t I did shopping nappies and didn?t took a receipt and wanted to change it to a different size and I spoke to the manager the prices are the same to change it and says he can?t help you and didn?t help i will not use Asda anymore in my life time agin and won?t recommend it for anyone
