Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of this operation, boiler left with oil leaks , and condensate leaks , no resolution until we got consumer services and oftec involved , up until then Watsons told us to get a different company to resolve their errors,

Got recommended this guy so asked him to come round to give us a quote for a bathroom job have had to chase up for a price at least twice and still no success. Don't tradesman want work. Nowadays

Did an online quote for a new boiler. 30 mins later i got a call from them appointment made for a couple days later for them to come look and see exactly what needed done. Booked in for the following week to get it fitted. Done within 2 days. They filled all the guarantees out for the new boiler so didn't even have to do that.
