I had phoned yesterday to ask if I can renew my driving licence. They said yes I travelled 15miles for to be told they didn't do service. After they said they did. So know I've to go to DALBEATTIE witch is 30miles round trip

Only getting 3 stars as online it states that the post office is open on a sunday but oh wait get to the post office and guess what its shut clearly they have not updated the website with the correct opening times as its only open from monday to Saturday

On the website it says that this post office is open weekends 8am to 8pm! I tried to phone before to make sure but only automated voice message! I traveled some time and distance to find it closed. The store person says this happens a lot, people complain and still no change on the website.You, The Post Office obviously don?t care, and I would love to use some colourful language to express how I feel.What?s the point You don?t care.

This is a franchise PO so the opening times are misleading. Drove from Dumfries to renew my driving licence (only select PO are allowed to process dvla applications) and arrived at 12:32 on a Saturday and was told to PO shuts at 12:30.
