Food amazing well indian food anyway. We where there yesterday 7 of us for dinner Service as always shocking, staff are all over the place a simple drinks order is not so simple for them that they get it wrong when it actually arrives, tables not cleared properly after starters, asking for somwthing seems like you asked them the most hardest of questions. Very long wait for food, very chaotic un organised which leads to poor service. That will have been our last meal there because of the service.

Brilliant! Booked for a family birthday lunch and it was excellent value, great food and wonderful service. The waitor was fantastic our 3 year old daughter which we really appreciate. We'll definitely be back! Thank you

The food was good however the service was a little questionable. We waited for too long for drinks to come and the bill to come. In their defence it was rather busy but nevertheless, we shouldn't have to wait for 15 minutes for the bill

We had a very positive experience this evening. Food was great, and selection worked well for us with a very fussy son. From seating to placing order did take some considerable time but considering we didn't reserve a table this wasn't too much of an issue. Staff were welcoming and friendly to the kids.

4 of us ate at Alba Crowood last night. We?ve been to this restaurant many times so we were disappointed particularly with the service but also some of the dishes were not to the usual standard.
Ordered drinks which we are still waiting for. Rice was cold and had to be sent back to be reheated. My friend?s chicken dish was very generous but the chicken was over cooked and dry. My fish curry was delicious but my husbands lamb dish had only four small pieces of lamb in it. Portion of fries arrived after we?d all finished our mains. We were served by 4 different people hence confusion about drinks etc. No one wrote anything down so orders were wrong. Desserts had to be sent back as given cream instead of ice cream. Individually nor major stuff but collectively made it a less than satisfactory experience.
In house training needed for staff to get them working as a team.
Will return but hope it?s much better than last night when I do.
Parking: Beside restaurant. No problem to park.
