We were riding the N500 when I had a flat tire near Reay.I'm not sure which gentleman helped us out (I very much regret not asking his name), but he was the kindest and most patient man I've met in long time. His knowledge and recovery service were exemplary.I really enjoyed chatting with him on the long tow back to a motorbike shop in Wick - just what I needed at the end of a disappointing day.Thank you so much for your help, and if you are ever in Vancouver, Canada, please look us up.

Used these guys through the AA. The usual AA time for breakdown/recovery is about an hour. The guys were 15 mins, superb.

Locked keys inside van. Recovery vehicle turned up 40 minutes earlier than expected. Super friendly and efficient! Managed to open my door in what felt like minutes! So thankful ?

What a lovely bunch of folks, helped us look after (with newspapers) and find a pup a home!All that and fuel, food, engineering, mechanical repairs, recovery and tractors too! They can probably do anything!Thanks folks you helped us enormously!

We were rescued by these guys via the AA. We were seen within an hour on a Sunday afternoon and they saw to it that my car was repaired after it was towed away. Courteous, friendly and efficient.

Very helpful. Had an issue with my exhaust dampers/braces. These required replacing. Were Mackay's came to the rescue. After acquiring these were fitted by myself the same day. Otherwise our trip would have been over, thanks again. Regards Phil Culshaw
