It?s always busy but clean and well stocked. The long open hours are great as I usually only get a chance to visit the shop later in the day

Went in with a friend got a meal deal each. They went to pay before me and I told them as they went in wait for me outside as there was a bit of a que. They got an energy drink I did not. The women at the self service tills ID?d them then went up to me I was in the que still and went can you show me your ID. I had my own stuff and did not have it on me anyway I said to her I?m not with them and she insisted I show it to her because she was selling it to my friend. I then repeated I?m not with them your not selling it to me your selling it to them but she did not listen and did not sell the energy drink to them. Then, when I was paying for my stuff the bag did not scan properly the women came over and went what is it now and I said the bag won?t scan she very rudely said well it?s because it?s too light and fixed it. Then when I went in later on, the same women was at the till and she gave me a very dirty look. I don?t know who hires Tesco staff but they need to do a better job at it.

Tesco extra, large shop with cafe and fuel station. Car park is large and there are other shops nearby.

I love the opening yours. The staff are very helpful and freindly. I just wish they were better at stock control. I can visit for many weeks without products on the shelves.Other tescos are well stocked so the old excuses of Ukraine war, brexit, lorry drivers, health and safety, covid, you get my point are not applicable

In this Tesco customer service is non existant. At 9pm tonight no-one manning any of the check-out tills. I asked one assistant why there was no staff at the tills in the hope that she might open up a till... sadly she didn't! Evidently customers are just a nuisance. I walked out in disgrace leaving my trolley of shopping. Perhaps the staff could put it back on the shelves? Tesco's loss will be Aldi's gain!
