Top service from these guys, There are plenty of companies who can take your money, dispatch the item and move on, but Scott Country always go that bit further. I have made a number of purchases from them and the level of service and support is first class. My most recent purchase, I was unavailable when the courier tried to deliver and I was unable to collect, SC have intervened to make sure I receive my product at a time and location, suitable for me.Thanks guys.

Have just purchased a pulsar thermal imager, it was sent the next day but the delivery firm they used were at the best useless - what should have been a simple task turned into a load of hassle 4 days later - suggest if ordering from them you always choose a pick up point as well. The thermal is fine.Thank you for your reply. The first attempt to deliver our parcel was delivered to the wrong address and not left as they were out (we had spent all afternoon waiting in for it). After we updated you, we sent DPD all our contact details and directions. On they day they were to deliver it my wife stayed at home and I went and waited near the address they took it to the first time and believe it or not they were going to deliver it to the same (wrong) house again. I gave the guy our PIN number and I took the parcel from there . Please do not try to pass the blame onto us for not being, maybe start looking at tyour way of despatching items and the delivery company you use . Your label stated our correct address.

Always a great service from Scott Country I lost my lens cover cap for my pulsar thermal spotter, and they sent another one free of charge that is why I have spent over thousands with them in the last couple of months !

Damaged my foxing torch dropped it in for repair and was given a new torch at no charge what fantastic service way more than they needed to do. Have bought various things and have always had the best service definitely recommend Scott company

I bought a recon cd3 rip shooting sticks from them, cost £600 . No issue with the goods, absolutely top class, however to my horror it didn't include the hog saddle, this was an extra £300. SO in total £900 for my shooting sticks. When I called regarding this I was told that I should have read the small print. Now scott country have several videos on u tube and all of them show pig saddle. They even have one which shows straight out of the bag, and guess what, pig saddle. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE.

I have to say these guys are great. I bought the sightmark wraith 4k ultra and it had a fault. They sent a replacement the next day and refunded my return postage. I've had a few things from them and will I'm sure again you can trust these guys.
