Only stopped in for a cuppa and a wee but have to say this place was lovely. Looks up at tinto hill from the car park which is simply gorg. Had a coffee and a hot chocolate which were very nice and the staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend taking a detour off the main road and big commercial services earlier on!

First time visiting the team room after climbing Tinto. Fantastic selection of breakfast and lunch options. Pancakes, sourdough, salads, toasties and jacket potatoes. Super cosy, friendly staff and dog friendly too. Highly recommend!

What an absolute gem of a place. Welcomed with a smile from the friendliest of staff that provide great service. Menu selection is amazing, definitely something for everyone. The food was so tasty, outstanding quality. Don't forget to pick up a cake or traybake slice before you leave, all homemade and really are amazing. Can't wait to return!

On our way home, after a lovely weeks holiday. We called in for our breakfast and we are so glad we did. A beautiful breakfast, piping hot and a proper pot of tea. The staff are lovely and friendly, you are made to feel very welcome. We will definitely be back. (I'll make sure the car alarm doesn't go off next time ?)

Lovely welcoming staff, had breakfast which was delicious then after our walk came back for a milkshake which was to die for! Passionfruit and a mango milkshake! Absolutely hit the spot

Lovely little cafe, especially welcome after climbing the nearby Tinto Hill on a hot day. It sells meals, cakes, and dog treats with a small amount of both indoor and outdoor seating if you don't want to take away.
The staff were friendly and accommodating and the fruit scone delicious!

Everything at Tinto Tea Room was thoughtfully done. The food and drinks were delicious, and the staff was warm and attentive. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to relax in a cozy and welcoming spot!

Food excellent and use of local produce means super tasty. The 'Full Scottish Breakfast' is one of the best I have had anywhere plus served with 'Costa' coffee which was also excellent. Staff excellent and friendly as well with great service. A true gem of a place.

Best value and delicious soup lunch. Lovely setting and friendly staff.
The broccoli and Stilton soup was excellent served with tasty bread.
All the sandwiches looked great too.
Need to go back for the scones!
