  It's great that the Post Office is meant to be open at the weekend as it's suitable for those who work. But when it's not open at the weekend because they can't be bothered to work a few hours each day (3) then how are you meant to collect your parcels? No point in having a Post Office within your business if you can't run it properly.

  went to collect a parcel- only to be told that it wasnt possible as an frozen order had to be dealt with instead and to come back later.
