The halfway point between our daughter and ourselves is Carnoustie/Arbroath but when I found this little place on Google we decided on Carnoustie, the food looks great in the photys.
Checked this morning for opening times (closes at 1) so arrived in plenty time ie 11:50 and guess what it's closed ??????

First mince roll in years and it was absolutely delicious. For a mere £3 I got a delicious roll absolutely jam packed with mince.It was served pretty quickly with less than a 5 minute wait and I was given it in a small box which is ideal for something as messy as that.Great little cafe! There?s also seating available if you want to sit in and have food.Vegetarian options: There?s vegetarian options on the menu and the menu encourages asking staff for further optionsParking: Free street parking just outside on the other side of the road.Kid-friendliness: Menu encourages asking staff for children?s options.

Food here is very good, I have been in recently. Macaroni and mince is excellent, cannot see how it can be beaten. Decent price too for food and other bits.
