Did not know that you had to wait to be given a table as this was my first time here after being recommended by a friend. I was allocated a table but was told that the table was reserved and we would only have 40 mins. So to that we decided to just have a coffee as it would be too rushed to eat. The time I was there I noticed only two tables leaving after finishing their food.People were just being served at other tables and more people arrived and the two other tables were given to them. There was only two front of house staff that I could see and they appear to be rushed.
I will definitely go back for a meal next time I'm in the area.

Ordered 2 afternoon tea boxes for elderly relatives.
They were absolutely delighted with the quality & contents.
Each box was enough for 2 people.

Stopped for a quick lunch, staff friendly, it's very busy with locals so that's a good sign. Good was good. Milkshake was huge, nice.

How do they have the nerve to charge £2.50 for a coffee? A mug of hot water, a teaspoon full of Aldi instant and some frothed milk. Folk must be drawn in by some pre-diabetic attraction to the cakes, which do look nice.

Just popped in for breakfast whilst visiting Csrnoustie. Lovely welcome, food came quickly and was fresh and tasty. Also, very good value. So good we are returning today! 10/10

Had a lovely day out in Carnoustie and went for lunch at Francos. I had haddock and chips and my husband had a burger and chips, both meals were lovely. Friendly and polite staff. Will definitely be back. Will recommend to friends and family. Cheers ladies your all doing a great job.

Can't fault it! Service and food quality are 5 stars ? But remember to book in advance as they get quite busy!
