On a beautiful sunny evening, my family and I enjoyed a meal in Dalziel Park hotel. We sat outside on the terrace overlooking the golf course, as we had a small dog. The waitress was very helpful and food and drinks were served efficiently. There was a wedding in one of the suites which we could hear because doors were open due to the heat. This did not disturb us because we were aware that the hotel is a popular wedding venue. Presentation of the food was very nice but food was average. Nevertheless, we were a party of six who enjoyed our visit. Carpark can be a bit tight especially when there is a wedding on. There is a children?s play area and outdoor seating in a variety of areas. Disabled access available and spacious toilet facilities. Separate bar area for drinks and snacks.

Not the first time at the wide mouth frog,but won't be in a hurry to return. Staff were polite and efficient,but the food was distinctly average. Felt it was on the expensive side for what it was. Noise from the adjacent bar was also ott.

Big fan of Dalziel Park, and Saturday was no exception. we had a party of 11 for a family birthday. the service was outstanding. Menu choice was brilliant and the food itself was great. Will def be back soon.

We are regular visitors to DL park, and our latest visit was excellent. - Menu is a great size with fantastic selection. - We loved the value in the 2 for 1 on selected mains. - Of particular note, the steak pie and fish and chips are both lovely. Big portions across the board. - The staff are all lovely and seemed to be happy at work. - One minor thing, in our visits in the last few months (approx 3-4) we always seem to not be able to order our wine of preference as its unavailable. Maybe a supplier issue? Or just bad luck? Overall - definitely worth a trip!!

5 stars all round from start to finish 6 for the décor which i think is very elegant we had a window seat over looking the golf course our meal was very nice beautiful presented finished with a drink at the bar in the lounge area next door. Would highly recommend.
