Sehr Schade!

I have been on quite a few whiskey distilleries tours. I must say this was the best I?ve had. £10 for a basic tour included a couple of testers and a glass. It?s a must for anyone. My only disappointment was I bought a bottle of double barrel. Price was £43. Then I walked into the store round the corner the same bottle was £35. But that?s the price you pay to be a tourist l guess.

Warehouse tasting and tour was pure class here - Hannah took good care of us and answered all questions in detail, one of the best distillery experiences we've had in Scotland nevermind the first rate whiskies that were tasted. ?

Would give 3.5 stars if possible. Tour couldn't be booked online and had to be booked by phone, which was less convenient from abroad. Before our tour began, our guide was extremely rude to someone who hadn't booked and was inquiring about a tasting (felt very bad for the guy and set a weird tone to the beginning of the tour). Tour itself was good, if not a little drawn out (could have been more succint, more engaging). Tasting service was very slow, with little interaction and people at the table asking for the next dram a few times (felt like our table's requests for travel bottles or labels, etc. were big, long inconveniences). Seemed short-staffed and in a small space and maybe the guide was having a bad day(?). Whiskies were good, but could only purchase 2 of the ones we tasted, unfortunately.Went in the next day and assistant manager Hector was awesome and gave amazing customer service!

A nice wee shop but sadly no service. We waited at least 5 minutes but the staff was not interested in taking care of us.Unfortunately we had the same experience last year and wanted to give it another try this year.Great Whisky tho.

Our group of 4 people went to the distillery shop 35min before closing time. We kindly asked if any tasting was possible due short notice and as we did not have any pre-booking.First the stuff informed that we could purchase a drams from the selection they had by our own choice, but any actual tasting set is not possible. That was fine for us and we asked to have couple drams for all of us, then the stuff said that there is no time for them to pour a drams for us as they were closing in 30min. Attitude of the two girls behind the service desk was very rude."We dont have time for serve and clean up before closing and other weird arguments by the customer service"This was our worst distillery experience we ever had, we felt not welcome at all ! We never experienced this kind of behaviour and for sure it was last time we visit or consume this distillerys whiskies.Very sad and unfortune as so far we have had nothing else than kind and happy service by other distilleries.

Our visit with Archie was the best distillery tour we have done. Super knowledgeable, passionate and helpful with all questions. Loved it!

For anyone visiting Campbeltown that is whisky related then Glen Scotia is a must.A whisky distillery that was really forgotten until now.The distillery and their whisky has started to become a highly sought after whisky that is fast becoming an equal option to their neighbours Killkeran and Springbank.Campbeltown is a lovely wee town and in the next 5-10 year when another two distillries will be there, Campbeltown will soon be a whisky destination, more than it is now.

Had a lovely quiet tasting here with our group of four on a weekend getaway. Hannah was super friendly and generous with her time and knowledge ?

The visit at Glen Scotia was the highlight of our stay in campbeltown. The staff was super nice and knowledgeable and we felt really welcomed. At the warehouse tasting we were given a nice range of whiskies and had plenty of time to enjoy them (other distilleries oftentimes just rush you through the drams). Compliments and many thanks for this great experience.

Really nice Distillery, friendly and they nearly always have limited edition bottlings, as well as their award winning whisky.. Well worth a trip!

Lovely tasting and small tour. Small shop very clean with clear pricing and everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you Cheryl for the tasting/tour.
