Popped into the cafe at 15:50 just looking for a portion of chips to take away to eat while enjoying the beautiful day in Campbeltown. My order was taken and I was invited to have a seat outside while imy order was prepared and it would be brought to me. As I was seated I noticed that they closed at 16:00 with the clock just about to chime four. I don't believe that many places would have done that for me so close to closing time. When the order was brought out I apologised for coming in so close to closing time to be told ot wasn't a problem. The chips were piping hot and freshly made not what was left from the day. Well done Bluebell. Great service and great staff

Updated: we ate there three days in a row. Loved it!
We came here after a long drive and after a whisky tasting on an empty stomach. We were given a great table close to the window facing the harbour. They served us quickly and the food followed suit. We had the soup of the day (which was ok), we had the black pudding roll (which my husband was pleasantly surprised by), we had fries, we had baked potato with cheese, I also ordered fried egg and potato scone. Oh and my husband also ordered the day?s special toastie which was Brie and Cranberry (too much cranberry jam but cut thru the creaminess of the mushroom soup. As I was really craving potato - I was super happy to have it three ways. Service was prompt, the place was full. People were nice, the place was clean. Yeah happy! Did not take photos of the food as just too hungry!

we have travelled the length of Scotland and would say that was 1 of the best breakfast we have had.

Sometimes you walk into a place and you know it's going to be a good experience and this was one of them. We had breakfast and a few scones not at the same time. Food was excellent so was the price and the staff where brilliant. Definitely on our list for a re visit.

The waiter seemed to be deprived of both sleep and some type of narcotics. Food was heated up in the microwave and the waiter even told us that. Prices were cheap though lol

Reading all the reviews here we had high expectations of a simple, tasty and quick breakfast. We ended up waiting for half an hour for 2 breakfasts. Busy time of day and not enough staff in the kitchen obviously. We were sat at a table near the kitchen listening to the clanging of cutlery and plates for half an hour. Food was ok but overall experience not enjoyable.
