Alas, I couldn?t put zero. I ordered straight from a Google search, paid for the order but when I went to pick it up, the woman assistant denied any knowledge of the order. I showed her a screenshot of the order and was advised I had ordered from the old company but when I showed her the order clearly stating Sizzling Bites, the very rude person refused to acknowledge the order and would not refund the money. I will not order from this shop ever again and if you don?t want to pay for something you will not receive, then please think before ordering

Burnt pizza that tastes like charcoal. Apparently ?not burnt in the takeaway.? Expected offer of new delivery of properly cooked food but told to contact just eat for refund. Seems food and customer service terrible

Used to love this place when it called Spices, not sure when or why it changed its named but the quality has definitely changed. Had a set meal for 4 which was decent value. However, chicken pakora, was so dry it was unedible and there were only 4 small pieces. It must have been lying out for a long time. The curries we got were decent but very little meat. Honestly about 5 pieces of meat in an entire curry dish that was 99% sauce. Naan bread was incredibly thin and small. For some unknown reason they were also wrapped in tin foil and rolled up like a carpet which I've never seen before. Just really poor quality. Poppadoms were soft and stale and although we got about 57 of them that was only because the 4 we ordered had been so badly broken up. The place has absolutely gone down hill and I really wasn't impressed at all.

As I came down to collect the food, as the driver had tried buzzing numerous times and was unable to get the door open, I ran down to collect it. As I did the driver was profusely banging on the glass door. I asked him not to do that as he could brake the door. He then began to say ?well your door is already broken? I explained I have come down to get it myself, to save him coming up.as he left he called me ?a stupid cow?. This man was in his mid forties at least. I called the restaurant to report him. The man who answered stated it was ?his word against mine.? I am so disgusted that they would treat people this way. I?ll never order from here again.
