“Would recommend this pharmacy for so many reasons but most of all the teams desire to be as helpful and accommodating as they can be is always such a great help. I can't remember the male pharmacists name but he really deserves a medal for the amount of effort he puts in. I have moved away from that area and a couple of times have asked for my prescription before it should be ready for as I've been passing by and he has very quickly made it up. If only he could train other pharmacists on his service skills. Thanks Boots Halfway ?”

“Frontline staff in the shop are all very lovely and helpful and Stephen is an absolute legend he genuinely cares and has a heart of gold. This man was under extreme pressure and I'm so glad to see extra pharmacists on site in the past week as the workload was far too much for one person. However it's still hectic as the NHS are putting so much work onto the pharmacy sector so please don't be too hard on the staff or Stephen as they are doing a difficult job and they are trying to get things right people of Cambuslang if you support the team here please let them know as things are changing suspect bosses finally taking feedback on board . Now they need to get a decent phone system with a queue so you know you hang on to speak to someone and not have hundreds of people constantly trying redial redial redialbig bosses please spend the cash get a decent phone system in it all helps take pressure off the staff.”
