1/5 stars is being generous, ordered for a grocery delivery and no one showed up, the estimated time of arrival kept getting later and later up till 00.08 at night, we are now over 24 hours later and still have not received the order, no email or text from Morrisons to say it had even been delayed, phoned customer service multiple times was told it would definitely be delivered today and yet again noone has showed up with it, they have done nothing to help with the matter and offered £5 credit for the inconvenience, what a pitiful officer considering I?ve been unwell and unable to go to the shops have had no food in the house. First time I?ve tried to use this service and certainly won?t use again, wont even shop in store any more after this shambles. Would definitely recommend NOT to use this service.

Salad bar is awful. Vegetables are never fresh and look like they?ve been lying out all night. Never have enough pasta either.
However, big plaudits go to Craig in the Cafe who is always courteous, and friendly always. He should definitely be the employee of the decade!

The Baillieston morrisons is a disaster the cafe is closed and they are using it for stock or rubbish in full view when you are checking out. Not a nice place to shop

Always a pleasure to visit Morrisons store. They have plenty of parking space to start with, always have stock of items and all of them are fresh. A good match of prices to other big players makes it a very favourable superstore. Their offers on great products are sometimes very amazing.

Morrisons cafe is fantastic value and the staff have been first class during both my visits , taking time to explain the specials on the menu or how I could build my own breakfast , which was delicious
I found the cafe clean and tidy with everything you'd need regarding condiments available and at hand.
On my first visit to the cafe , I was so impressed by the staff member helpfulness I emailed Morrisons HR dept to highlight his professionalism
I'd highly recommend the cafe and store.

My phone ran out of charge and the lovely young lass on the cigarette counter (I think she was named Emma or Amy)-(Young person with long fair hair) She was so nice and phoned me a taxi on her own phone which was another quality which has continued to restore the faith in the young people who are willing to help..
I want to thank her very much because she helped me and stopped me from getting cold and concerned about getting home..
It was late at night just before the supermarket was closing, and I am disabled so I have great thanks for this young woman's help, support, and overall intervention to help me get home safely ?? ?
Hopefully, this will help identify the best possible ways that this Morriston staff team provides. The young lad who served me in the cafe is also a very nice young person and it's great to have this positive experience with and for them gaining a good reference with the work done with care and helping me in any way I have needed whilst I have been at this Morisons Cambuslang Supermarket with super young people who have been so good to me.
