Rapid delivery although i did order on a Tuesday its was about 15 mins, chicken satay was truly sublime, mini spring rolls cooked to perfection, fried rice tasty, think I've found my new go to!

Disgusting food, would give 0 stars if I could, I have previously had poor food from here but as my usual Chinese was closed I thought I would give them another try but never again, every item of food was so overly salty it was barely edible and the food was so poor over half the order was binned,will never eat anything from here again and would advise anyone to steer clear

Absolutely appalled at tonight?s customer service, rude staff did not help? ordered a home delivery tonight and basically what I ordered was not what arrived who would order fried rice on its own without a main meal dish? chicken balls and chips but yet you send out fried rice, called up after I sent the delivery back to be told it?s not my fault. I shall be taking my business elsewhere. Absolutely appalled at the way I was spoke to maybe if you can listen to your staffs calls it might help with their training

I order spring rolls on a regular basis and always ask for them to be made fresh. However, on the last 4 or 5 occasions they have been reheats. Clearly, not paying attention to detail and as a result I?m now done and dusted with this takeaway and will be taking my business elsewhere. Goodbye Lucky Oriental (you had your chance)

It was totally worth it!! I loved every bit of the food that I got. My heart is filled with gratitude for the chef!! Thank you so much for such a delicious meal.

Were do I start, use Luck O every single week never an issue. Tonight ordered instead of ordering a Chicken & black bean sauce I ordered Chicken & black pepper sauce. It arrived gave me Beef not Chicken . Called back asked if fresh one could be sent advise if I ate beef I would have kept it, nicely asked if they could give me CHICKEN black bean happy to pay the difference was advised NO. So they send BEEF I don?t complain I'm happy to pay the difference and it?s a NO. Just lost a good customer plenty other take away?s in Cambuslang.

I always use lucky o for my curries but tonight I asked for a chicken breast chopped curry and most of the chicken went in the bin it was hard and Rubbery not worth eating even the crackers were

Been eating here for years and most meals ok or good. Ordered almost £40 of Meals today , and have been doing so for years. Curry was inedible as way too spicy and they admitted to changing supplier. They were reluctant to give a replacement meal saying they don?t find it spicy. They clearly couldn?t take constructive criticism. . They even had the audacity to try change another delivery charge and another £1.20 for a different replacement meal balance. So for £1.20 and extremely poor customer service they have effectively lost hundreds of pounds of business from my family not to mention word of mouth! . I certainly won?t be back. Not sure they know the meaning of customer service. So poor. Very disappointed in the awful response and service here.
