This has to be the worst boots I have ever been to. Rude and curt staff. Lost prescription and missing items. Never inform us when things are ready. Absolutely disgusting service . This place needs new management who actually care about the people... Empty and they always make you wait 10mins or more for your scripts... Diabolical... Should be closed down due to their ineffective and awful service... I will be raising these issues again with the NHS. This shop is awfully awful

The woman that served me yesterday (Friday) was wonderful. Very helpful, friendly and polite. However the woman who answered the phone to me today (Saturday) was just rude. Telephone training needed here I?m guessing. I politely explained that I had been told my prescription would be ready by 11 but it was 12 and I was just checking if it was ready to collect. There?s a long pause and in a very ?I am smarter than you? tone, she goes ?uhuh? I can?t check if you don?t tell me who you are?. All she had to ask was ?can I have your name please?. I?m not an idiot, I was waiting until she told me she was ready, which she didn?t. Manners cost nothing.

Very poor customer service. Real lack of professional courtesy from staff member serving. Seemed like she really didn't want to be there or engage politely with customers.
