Amazing food, fantastic service, & very cosy and comfortable. We ate here as a family of 4 and were just so impressed by the quality of the food and service. Really friendly and dog friendly too! Wish they would set up shop in my home town ? Will definitely be visiting again on our next holiday!

We were staying in Stirling and went on a day trip to see this area. It was a long day and we were hungry & saw this pub/restaurant. The staff that greeted us warned us that they only had 1 chef and it may take a while for our food to come. We should have left and found another restaurant but decided to stay. It did take a long time to get our food and drinks. The menu items were pricey. The place was nice.

very peaceful and homely feel food and service were great. simple menu well executed...has a lovely beer garden and were lucky enough to bring our dogs to join us which is a massive bonus happily to recommend

Stay away! I don?t even know where to start from: the non existing service ? The overpriced menu of basic and ultra blunt food or the worst chips ? (fried for Americans) of my life for which they deliberately tried to charge us twice ? You cannot do worse seriously. Disappointing to say the least. We had to ask for a payback of the double charge, and imagine I had said 3 times that I was paying separately for the potatoes as a side?..

Would have been perfect but the food was a bit pricey for what you get. Lovely place and amazing decor. Unfortunately our table was very sticky and the walls were a bit grimey. Staff were very friendly and approachable. If deep cleaned and price/portion changed, I think it'd be a perfect hidden gem ??
