Lovely wee out the road place. Nice wee area to buy knick-knacks. Food is lovely & the service was great with great scenery nearby.

What a gorgeous venue. We were lucky with the weather that it was glorious and warm for sitting outside. Fabulous that it's dog friendly. The menu and food were delicous and fresh. Felt very 'farm to fork'.

A quiet, tucked away restaurant with a wide choice, including vegetarian options. Staff are very polite and friendly. Certainly recommend it.
Nick Nairn is a chef and TV personality who has won a Michelin Star.

We were staying at Trossachs Barn and booked here in advance.
I had chosen inside , but we were given the option to sit outside anyway, which we did as it was hot weather.
Fabulous service.
I had seafood cocktail to start, seafood linguine main and cheese to finish
Husband had Carpaccio , Tuna, Almond Tart .
We shared a bottle of Vino Vherde (1st time I've seen it on a menu in the UK?).
Its a very relaxing atmosphere.
We used our 10% off voucher from our accommodation.
Whole bill came to around £110.
Excellent quality and quantity of food here.
Many thanks to all front and back of house staff, we really enjoyed ourselves.

Good choices really limited, I took the goats cheese salad, really small for £19. All mains were tiny, staff were aloof and inattentive, prices exorbitant for such small portions. We live locally and won't be back.

Fantastic lunch. Food delicious with being pretentious or complicated, service attentive without being fussy and great value for what we had and the standard of cooking. Lovely place as well?worth the drive and will be back?

Took friends to this super and one of our favourite Scottish restaurants. Dog friendly and set in beautiful grounds, close to the Lake of Menteith. We had Vension ragu and pizzas which were all delicious as were our starters and sweets. Always a great varied menu choice and price range. Fresh home grown on site, vegetables and herbs. ?Archie stayed quietly under the table. For bird watchers we were enthralled by the bird life in amongst the bushes and trees.

A very relaxed approached to dining in lovely surroundings. Take a walk down to the Lake of Menteith before or after dining and enjoy the scenery too. We stopped for a three course lunch and it was very good. Staff were friendly and the restaurant is not too formal. It was a warm day so the doors to garden were open and it was very pleasant outlook. Good portion sizes (my prawn salad starter was packed with prawns to the point of being almost too many!), main course sole goujons were perfect. Desert of tonka bean panna cotta with chocolate sorbet was worth the trip in itself, superb. Lovely coffee too. Overall highly recommend. You can also browse in the shop which is run by Nick?s wife. Lots of interesting things.

Honestly the best pizza I've had since I was in Italy, baked to perfection, beautiful location, all the staff were extremely friendly and Nick as well is a gentleman taking the time to speak with customers adding to the restaurant's wholesome vibe

Great place with wonderful outdoor view and atmosphere (peaceful)! Food is the best in Scotland we had so far, service is quite standard, even the waitress is a bit grumpy. Love the shop as well, full of fun stuffs!

A really lovely place, with large outdoor area (dog friendly), massive sand pit with toys for kids, amazing food. We will come back
