I ordered a replacement lead for my midge machine mid september . I have chased using online contact form and called and left message so have had to contact credit card company and charge back as no comms or product received - shame as they seem to have a monopoly in UK ?

Tabard lotion for midges.Ordered this on August 2 (now 11th) 2022 and it has not arrived. Phoned and emailed about 5-6 times and no response at all. They used to be really good and have been using them for year but will not be using them again.I used to recommend them quite often when on holiday but will not in future. What a shame!Just received an email three weeks after ordering, they had been on holiday. Perhaps next time say that in your answerphone message and on the website. It would save any misunderstanding.

Poor poor poorNever answer the phone, poor response to messages left..... Because no one answers the phone.Poor response to technical breakdowns.Would recommend and won't use again. Poor poor poor.

was keen to repair my machine until he found out he had to do so under warranty and get paid from the manufacturer. after that didn't hear back. They only say they are registered but obviously not!!! Extremely dissappointed and would not recommend
