“I think most people have a stop here if you go on a tour. Its a big store with a small restaurant added to it. The man and woman helping us were super friendly and definitely made our day better!”

“We were greeted by Pam and were instantly welcomed into the shop. We arrived just before lunchtime and were on holiday in Callander somewhere we visit usually twice a year.Pam asked us what we were looking for and we advised throws for our sofa as we have a dog. Pam immediately advised us that the throws we were looking at were on a 3 for 2 offer and that they would be perfect for a dog to sit on as easily washable. Pam even helped us select the right patterns to match our lounge!!We then went to have a look at the menswear towards the back of the shop and picked out a rust coloured jumper for my husband. Pam came over and advised us of the different types of jumpers and of which ones were easier to look after.We then paid at the till and Pam advised us of the questionnaire which we advised we would of course do.Pam made our experience at the Woolen Mill very positive and we left the shop feeling pleased we entered it!Thanks Pam and see you again!Claudia and Simon”
