Friendly staff, only annoying is never clear about lunch break when they are then closed. It should be mentioned on the website to prevent disappointment. So, today Wednesday they are closed from 1 -1.45pm.

Great service helpful staff, went in to post parcels today was fair busy with only one member of staff (due to staff shortages) but a friendly service and very helpful answering all my postage price queries thank you very much excellent customer service

The reason for my star review is the opening hours & the customer service you receive! As the staff are never very helpful or even friendly really I would say! I have seen this for months now..

A smile goes a long way!!! Also interaction with the customer, not shuffling mail talking to the other cashierr while I stand there being ignored....Great Customer Care..... NOT!!!!
