If I could give a zero star I would my order was wrong. I had to phone 5 times untill they answered the phone. They apologisefor the mix up told me to go online to get a refund I can't do that since I didn't make an account via deliveroo, my 2st and only time using them. I was explaining why I wanted my order I'm a vegetarian and don't eat meat. The sandwich which came was ham and pepperoni.They hung up the phone. Lost of money, waist of food. Will not be going back

Their services are so so good, clean place, friendly staff, now they have got the new menu, sub melts, it's so good. The most I liked is chicken footlong sub and hash brown. Ordered a sandwich platters for 15 people in total which cost around £47 which equated to half a roll each, we were feeding 15 hungry male who were doing a community project, ended up we had to go to Greggs to buy more food!

The bit for the staff behind the counter is tiny yet they did a great job. Three quick and efficient staff. The cabinet for pop was behind the counter so you can't go pick you own pop but it's a tiny shop so there isn't much room. Cheers.

Despite being 4 people behind the counter the service was slower than a week in the jail. After watching the boy struggle to butcher the bread I watched him take the knife out and turn it round to the proper serrated side, this was after a solid 10 seconds of disbelief that a blunt object won't cut. Had to repeat myself a multitude of times during the order as the person taking my order was more interested in having a laugh with his mates behind the counter.Cherry on top? Footlong wasn't even cut in half. Get it sorted.

Pretty gutted! Apparently available for delivery on Just-Eat now, place order and after 15mins get notified that order cancelled! Open until 6pm so no idea why you advertise delivery if your not open for it.
