Rude and arrogant! The man serving behind the counter was awful but apparently he has a reputation for this. Won’t be returning here.

Impatient, confrontational and unpleasant service from male counter staff when trying to send and pick up parcels. To the point other customers were making eye contact with me in sympathy.I'll stick to my own post office from now on where there is a nice atmosphere and good customer service. If you have an Evri parcel to return don't bother wasting your time. Its listed as a place for returns where you can print your label off. Went in and was told no they can't do that there. When I suggest they contact evri to suggest they be removed from the list was told they can't contact them? Very rude and unhelpful... read full comment
