Every time I go I have outstanding customer service , the quality of care and knowledge is the best , friendly , helpful, and go the extra mile . Even give help with picking frames that suit you and don?t throw the most expensive just for a sale . I would highly recommend. For a one star ? Can?t believe anyone would do that as my whole family go and they deserve higher than five stars ??

I have been going to that 1 ever since that changed. Very good for what it does in the future I have just got to check that I am definitely getting the cheapest or reasonable pear of glasses. The last 3 pairs of glasses I have had have been the best ever so far in my life

Fantastic Service and instruction with my contacts.A year ago I went to another chain company, no names but it rhymes with SpecSavers :) and I gave up thinking contacts were never for me due to poor advise and instructions. Then I was recommended Optimeyes, I now love wearing contacts. Bernadette was so so helpful. HIGHLY recommend.
