Was in a ladbrokes in Broxburn. Tried 2 put on some placepots but could not get them on because there was a problem with the machine that takes the bets.not the person's fault but could have done more don't put tote bets on there as it's a wast of time

Went in to place a bet on the grand national, didn't have a clue what I was doing so the girl behind the counter came and helped me put my bet on, everyone was lovely and very helpful ??
