My issue was checked and resolved efficiently by friendly. professional staff. I did not feel pressured by upselling, its a business which can offer protection and advice for the customer to take or leave. I recommend this garage for a good tyre service and am glad we have a branch in Broxburn.

Came in as my tire had punctured badly, although I was originally told that couldn?t collect till the next morning, they told me they would be able to quickly fit me in and also reduce the price which I was really happy with. William and Aiden are true gents and couldn?t thank them enough

Brilliant service came a few minutes after closing with a flat and they kindly still helped us. Aiden changed our tire quickly and identify the problem with ease and was a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend to come here

Excellent service. No pressure yo buy and went put their way to fit me in. While I was in Ryan went above and beyond to help a customer to do what was best for the customer not what made him the most money . Definitely recommend this garage for their service.

Cole did a great job getting all four tyres replaced in next to no time. The team even made sure I was using the correct ones after the online selector had the wrong ones. Car drove great on way down to motorway. Only downside was one tyre valve cap was missing, only 3 out of 4 new tyres had a valve cap on them.

Got a tyre assessment as needed rear tyres replaced (as suggested when my car got its MOT) and front offside had a flat. Got them all checked, wheels aligned and sensors checked. Had to pop back as sensors came on again as I drove off, rechecked pressure, one wheel slightly out and they reset sensors for me and showed me how to reset them myself in the future. Guy who runs the place was very efficient and the 2 lads who worked on my car (Aiden and Liam) were lovely. Will definitely use them again. Plus they like wagon wheels. Thanks for your helps guys, very appreciated

Booked an appointment for Sunday 10am, got a call from the manager, William if I'm available anytime on Saturday as they had my tyres in stock already. Wonderful customer service. Aiden fitted my tyres and did a wheel alignment in 45 minutes, it really was a Kwik Fit.

I am writing to formally raise several concerns regarding the service I received at your Broxburn centre on 30 May 2025 at 1:32 PM.
Incomplete and Incorrect Alignment Work: Upon reviewing the alignment report, it was evident that the rear wheel alignment was not corrected. When I questioned the centre manager, I was told that no adjustment was needed due to the thrust values. However, both a BMW dealership and another Kwik Fit centre in Pumpherston confirmed that rear wheel alignment was indeed required. Unfortunately, the Pumpherston centre could not perform the adjustment.
Overcharging for Incomplete Service: I was charged for a full wheel alignment, despite only the front wheels being adjusted. This is misleading and not in line with the service I paid for.
Incorrect ADAS Recalibration Charge: I was also charged £164.95 for ADAS recalibration of the front driver assistance camera. However, my vehicle ? a BMW X2 SDrive (2019 model) ? does not have a front camera and also no adaptive cruise control, making this charge entirely inappropriate.
Missing Tyre Insurance Policy: I paid for insurance on all four tyres, but to date, I have only received the invoice and not the actual insurance policy documentation.
Delayed Documentation: I had to repeatedly follow up to receive the certificates for the ADAS recalibration and wheel alignment that were carried out after fitting new tyres. This delay is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the service standards.
I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience and the lack of transparency and accuracy in the services provided.
