The agent looking after the sale of my property was Carol Nicol, she did all the viewings and all the follow up contact with the viewers. Carol was excellent in giving feedback no matter what time of day or night. My house was sold within 10 days for a value well above the asking price and home-report. I would like to commend Graham Le Mar from KnightBain. Graham recently handled the marketing and sale of our home in Broxburn, West Lothian and in all honesty, it was ... faultless.
Graham took us through the entire process, from advising us on how to prepare our home for sale, the viewings, handling the comms and so much more. From start to end it felt as though we were his most important clients.

I decided to go with Knightbain after a disappointing start with Your Move on having my apartment on the market . I was appointed Carol Nicol as my agent . Carol was professional , knowledgeable and I felt confident the move over was the right call .
Carol kept me updated regularly throughout. She works extremely hard and all hours of the day including weekends . That is a quality you rarely see with estate agents . Carol is quick to respond to enquiries and is available 24 7 .
Carol gives the viewers time to mull over and doesn?t hound them which some agents do . I feel this approach is the best way as it doesn?t put the viewer off .
