After being told from another company we had a soakaway coming from our kitchen, we contacted east of Scotland drainage , who came out to inspect and told us ?it canny be a soakaway?They fixed the problem, by finding the actual pipe and connected everything together, John, Stevie and Stevie where brilliant throughout and will recommend them in the future .Many thanks

I am absolutely delighted by the service we received today. Both men turned up on time (I was running late) and they just got straight down to business. They were really thorough, friendly, professional and in my opinion they went over and above and exceeded my expectations. They were on site from 9am to 4pm and worked tirelessly. I had the pleasure of dealing with John and the lads a few times over the course of an extension project, for CCTV surveying and tracing existing drainage lines. Can't recommend highly enough. Quick response, helpful, thorough and the reports were to a high standard; perfect for submission to Scottish Water.

I spent an entire day trying to contact them. They had 5 different numbers, none of which I received a response from.I sent messages but received no response.A company which is meant to be 24/7 response is not much use if they dont respond !!

Contacted ES Drainage as we had blockages in our pipes. We organised a date and time to have our pipes jetted and the team were happy to help. Fully professional throughout the process and very helpful. Would recommend.

John and his team diagnosed a very complex problem deep under a residential block in the center of Edinburgh. Despite drains dating from the 1800s they brought in the largest pumping system I have ever seen and removed the problem. Not only are they highly professional, but they are a cheerful, positive team who deliver results. Highly recommended by myself and the other residents.

I have to say, these guys are angels in disguise! I had a terrible problem to deal with where K Construction (an Edinburgh buidling firm) had left very poor workmanship, so water was backing-up in the pipes. John and his super friendly team were just so helpful, understanding and sympathetic. They went over and above the call of duty to help and get to the bottom of the problem. They have done other jobs for me in the past and always go the extra mile to help customers. Their payment system is so much more reasonable than some other companies as well. If you are unfortunate enough to need to get this kind of work done, I wouldn't get any one else for the job. Thanks so much guys!!
