Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, more than happy to help us with everything, including giving us multiple 3D drawings as we couldn't decide which tiles to go for, and it wasn't even tiles we were buying from their store. Steven answered all our questions and made it all very simple for us as first time bathroom buyers. Will definitely shop here for future bathrooms

Five stars given due to the excellent service we received from Stephen Middleton. We were looking to completely refurbish my elderly mums bathroom and Stephen could not have been better was very knowledgable and gave us good advice. He was polite respectful and considerate to my mums needs while remaining patient throughout which made my mum comfortable. Given my overall experience I would highly recommend Buyright Bathrooms.

Went here on a recommendation and were assisted by the manager, Steven. He listened to what we were wanting then showed us round a well stocked showroom . After picking out various options he sent us a cad drawing of the proposed refurbishment which was exactly what we wanted. Needless to say we returned today to complete the purchase at a price we were happy with.

Great service from start to finish with Buyrite.We purchased our new ensuite from there, with Steven's help. He had endless patience in assisting us, it really does pay to take your time and choose what is right for your requirements as we are delighted with the end result. Steven showed us a number of different options which ensured that we picked the most suitable option.Due to restrictions, many months passed before we arranged delivery, everything was delivered exactly when arranged with no pressure to take delivery any earlier than required. We did have a slight issue with one of the cupboard doors however this was replaced with no issues or quibbles all in all a great service from Buyrite from start to finish.

Great selection of bathroom suites and accessories.Once you pick what you think you would like and give your measurements you get a 3D colour picture right down to the tiles you pick.Great to see how it will look once its done.Very knowledgeable staff.

Last week we went to Broxburn showroom to look at their bathrooms after being recommended to give them a try. Upon entering the showroom a salesman was sitting at his desk. Sometimes salespeople can be a bit pushy...not this one though, he never came near us or spoke to us. After a while my husband approached him asking if we could get a survey carried out. He handed my husband a business card telling him to call the number on it and make arrangements for a survey. We headed home & phoned the number but it went to voicemail & left a message requesting a return call. That was 5 days ago and no return call so we guess that they don't want our business. Not a great way to run a company so we will take our business elsewhere.

Please read the terms and conditions which are in a very small print in the back of your invoice before you part with your money. You will get a surcharge of 20% to 70% for restocking if you ever return an item that either you could not fit in your bathroom or you change your mind. Also be prepared to wait for a long time for any refund as there will be excuses: person in charge of refund is absent or machine not working. Very disappointed, an email was sent to the Director Paul Dereghetti after numerous calls to sales people, but he did not even have the decency of replying. I would NOT recommend this company.
