When my son's lost mobile was handed in to this shop, a member of staff kindly handed it in at the ferry terminal for us to collect on the mainland as we had already left the island before we realised we had lost it. Even before it was handed in he went to check on the benches outside. This is going above and beyond. Thank you very much!

Absolutely diplorable customer service last night 5/06/21 .9.10 pm Member of staff as advised should have a good look in Mirror and leave with immediate effect .Only went to buy and pay for my goods , Absolutely disgraceful customer service ??Not allowed to post unless one star put on website .

Just had a plate of the gnocchi. I was kind of expecting the usual plate of rib sticking mush but instead I was dished up a beautifully created plate of flavours. Very impressive. Each mouthful gave a surprising wee nugget of something different. Perfectly cooked, a myriad of texture and the perfect portion size served on sparklingly clean crockery and served up by an enthusiastic and happy lass with red hair. A crisp pint of cider was an unintentionally perfect pairing. First class stuff. Thank you.

Last night on Arran, looking for dinner before the ferry. Defo recommend. Great service. Venison burger & soups were divine and the puddings too :)

We recommend getting the daily seafood as it was fresh and yummy, the sandwiches were less great but still good.

Two couples, on a driech October afternoon, we were made to feel at home. The drop in musicians were fun but our waitress had the star voice. Both of our waitresses were perfectly delightful and efficient. The food was excellent and we will be back every time we visit Arran.

Venison burger with haggis was tremendous along with their homemade onion ketchup. Great local beers and gin too. Would highly recommend

Stunning food and a great choice of specials to choose from as well as the regular menu. It doesn?t look like much of a place at first glance, but don?t let that fool you. Great choice of drinks including superb cocktails, served by friendly staff.

There are very few places now where you eat out and think that with good ingredients you couldn?t have had as nice a meal at home. But Crofters food is special. We went back for a second night. Delicious, inventive menu served by fun, welcoming staff. Great atmosphere with live music some nights. Thanks everyone. X

My daughters and I had a delicious meal on Saturday. We were given a table in the window which looks out to sea. A good range of meals on the menu including daily specials. And thank you for suggesting your homemade gin cocktails-Delicious!

Booked for one night - enjoyed the food so much we returned the following day! Definitely recommend reserving a table, as the restaurant is compact and always full. Food was filling and top quality, perfect after a day of exploring the island. Best place we ate whilst on the island.

We ate in this restaurant last week while on holiday in Arran. The food was excellent across all three courses and the staff were friendly and attentive. Their craft lager is highly recommended. We ate midweek evening and the place was packed so you would need to book up in advance. This was definitely our favourite meal during our trip around the Western Isles, the only disappointment was that we couldn't book it on a music night due to our schedule.
