I have been dealing with this company for a few years and have not had any issues in regards to work carried out.This morning when I rang to clarify a bill already paid after leaving a voicemail,the receptionist, on this occasion, was extremely rude and curt and that is not acceptable as I was polite on the phone.The attitude was awful.I did let her know that her attitude was not acceptable to me and ended up ending the call.Not a good advertisement for business.That call has now put a damper on my whole day which could have been easily avoided.

We always use Andy Law Pest Control as the staff are all fantastic to deal with and have removed wasps nests for us without issue and attending operatives are always polite, friendly and professional and get the job done every time. Within 10 minutes after the entrance to the wasps nest was sprayed I saw a couple of dead wasps on the ground below which shows the effectiveness of the product they use. Prices are very competitive and takes the hassle and dangers out of trying to do it yourself especially when it comes to high nests on house eaves. Highly recommended this company.

Filled in the online performa, got a call first thing in the morning. An hour later Matt arrived, explained exactly what he was going to do. Dealt with the wasp nest very professionally. Very fair price would not hesitate to recommend, great service.Service: Hornet & wasp extermination

ALP have helped remove a number of unwanted guests at my property including 5 + wasp nests from both in and around my property. They have also helped remove an unwanted mouse situation. Found evidence of wasps in the eaves of our house; I initially called at 4pm and was promised a visit next day but I was delighted to find help at the door by 5.30pm the same day. Quick, efficient and helpful service, at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I contacted Andy Law Pest Control to locate a wasp nest.A technician arrived very soon after my initial call, and within minutes he'd spotted activity around the chimney and went on to treat the nest. He then spotted another nest along the roof line and treated that too. The technician (Matt) was very professional, polite, and clearly knew his trade. Excellent service from a local business with very fair prices. Highly recommended!Service: Hornet & wasp extermination

Had issues with honey bees coming down my chimney and into my house, called a few places and got no help whatsoever but when I called here the lady was fantastic so helpful and informative she really calmed me down from my panic! They were out the next day to attend to the issue. Excellent customer service and I have already recommended them to others.

Called late this afternoon after my neighbour sent me a video of a swarm gathering on my chimney. Came home to find an invasion of bees in my front room. Called back and they had a very nice chap here within an hour, who had been on his way home but came well out of his way to help me tonight, and sorted things within the next hour. Even had a call back from the lovely lady in the office to check on me as I was quite panicked. Great service. Very happy customer. Would definitely recommend and would use again (but hopefully I won't need to)!
