Was sent update text before my appointment.My car was collected on time.Once it was ready I received a text , email and then a phone call to sort out payment and arrange for my car to be delivered back home.

Serviced car as required and in good time. Kept me informed, made me comfortable and washed car. All this while dual carriageway was closed and all traffic was diverted past Parks garage due to serious flooding and storm!

I was recently in Parks, they carried out the work satisfactory. Quick hand over of keys at reception and work carried out.The way you could improve is to offer a courtesy car service, my car was booked in weeks in advance but still no cars available to offer. This makes sitting waiting on works a very long process especially in my line of work

Ordered new car here, delivery of which was delayed, but not by Parks. Similar story with lots of new cars due to semiconductor issues. Wendy was excellent. Kept me informed, then called me when an order was cancelled, offering me the chance to take a different colour to the one I originally ordered. Colour does not improve or detract from performance, so I happily agreed. Arranged collection time, and on arriving at the salesroom, all the paper was ready, just requiring signatures. Definitely recommend this salesroom. I am very confident that all other customers receive the same high standard of care and attention which was shown to us.

THOUGHT 4 YEAR SERVICE WAS HIGH - BUT PAID IT THINKING i DONT KNOW YOUR PRICES.THEN HAD TO GET QUOTE FOR BRAKES - AS PER SERVICE ADVICE - QUOTE £1069.- WOW!!ANY WAY HAD TO MAKE APPOINTMENT FOR BRAKES - AS GARAGE HAD NONE IN STOCK.DURING WAIT - BRAKES STARTED GRINDING.WENT TO KWIKFIT - AND GOT NEW BRAKES - NEW DISC'S AND PADS ALL ROUND - IF UNDER 21K MILES PER YEAR - BRAKES WILL HAVE LIFETIME CHANGE OUT GARENTEE - FULL PRICE PAID - £689 WOW!!TRIED TO PHONE PARK SERVICE TO CANCEL BRAKE APPOINTMENT - TWICE - WITH NO ONE ANSWERING - THESE ASSISTANTS SHOULD BE IN THE OFFICE - THEY ARE NO THE SERVICE HANDS.YOUR PRICES ARE HOCKING AND THE DIFFERENCE IN BRAKE PRICE IS OUT OF IT.WHAT CAN YOU DO - STOP RIPPING US THE CUSTOMER OFF!!!I WILL NOW USE ABERDEEN RENAULT AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD.
