Bill and his colleague Roy made the whole thing so much easier – and were the most helpful, caring people I spoke to that evening. They went the extra mile to keep me updated, get my taxi arranged home, and even remembered to call me back the next day to check in.Roy had come all the way only to find that the issue had been reported as a flat battery (which was not the issue), but still remained friendly, calm and funny.
