Usually this place delivers friendly service but not so today when I went in to collect parcel delivered yesterday. Young male assistant demanded my phone even though I had given the code UPS had given me in order to collect the parcel. He wanted a barcode. Thankfully female assistant used the code and my parcel was handed over.
