Waited over 2 hours for food, fish was cold the batter was really hard, chicken wrap had bones in it

Ordered my food at 8.23pm and received it at 10.59pm at that point I wasn’t really bothered about eating. Called the shop but no apologies for the delay just got told it would be another half an hour. Mushrooms and sauces weren’t great, pizza was okay. I won’t use this chip shop again. Very disappointed.
