Awful and poor customer service.
Ordered 2 vegetable kebabs - for some reason there was pineapple in them and the pineapple was off. Ended up throwing it away.
Fish also ordered and batter way too greasy.
Ordered over phone and was told a collection time, yet still had to wait over 15 minutes until food was ready - so what's the point of pre-ordering ? In meantime walk in customers just waltzed in and out again with their food.
Staff also rude.
Complained first before I left a review but they didn't even bother replying.

Burnt pizza every time you go there you have to specify that you don't want your pizza burnt ?? it's really silly that the do this.

I went in Sunday night didn't really know what I wanted I noticed they did artichoke so I asked if I could get it on another pizza the Serena they were only too happy to help.
Amazing pizza washed down with a lovely Chianti thanks Gloria's.

Very poor as our special breaded haddock was like it was double cooked and not freshly cooked as it was crispy & very dry. The chips were not good either as most of them were just tiny it's of chips which is very off putting. So our meal was not appetising in any way!

Absolutely spectacular food and service, staff there are lovely as and knows how to make good food. Totally turned my birthday around the other night, massive slabs of fish perfectly cooked and class chips ???. Always my go to chippy
