Took my 5 year old daughter here to get her eyes tested and get new glasses. Sinead was amazing with her as were the rest of the team on the follow up collecting her glasses. Highly recommend

I just wanted to say thank you so much to Zach the audiologist. He was the most compassionate, understanding lovely specialist. Dealing with a horrible health situation and he really tried his best to help me and put me at ease. I highly recommend Zach, he has a fantastic manner and I really appreciate that. Thank you

Absolutely brilliant service. I've just moved to the area and wanted to use a small local business and so happy with my choice. Staff really pleasant and friendly which is always nice and made me feel really at ease, but very very obvious that the optician I saw was very experienced and very on the ball when she noticed a problem with my eyes, which is exactly what you need. I would definitely recommend and very happy to have gone here and will not be going elsewhere.

Just recently had my eyes tested here for the second time - first was in 2016 - and I can honestly say they are an excellent optician!I've worn glasses for 30+ years now, and this optician is by far the best I've been to. Nothing is too much bother - all the staff are very friendly, as well as professional.They offer great advice when choosing frames, and also on pricing (I doubt you'll find anywhere better), without pushing you to purchase more than you need - which makes such a difference compared to others I've been to over the years!The service for new glasses being ready to collect is very fast too.10/10 ... Bonnyrigg Opticians!

Great local Opticians, helpful knowledgeable, professional and so thorough.David is lovely, friendly and hard working and always goes the extra mile, for his customers. The people in this business are a great team and it shows in the customer experience. It does mean that that this combined with great prices makes them very, very busy so need to book well in advance but so worth it now wouldn't go anywhere else.
